TARIFF 2009

(minimum stay 3 nights unless otherwise listed)

PEAK HIGH: Christmas school holidays (1 week min booking), Easter (5 nights) -- $400/night.
HIGH SEASON: All other S.A. school holidays, Public holiday long weekends -- $340 /night.
LOW SEASON: All other times -- $300/night.
WINTER SPECIALS: (excluding school holidays & public holidays) -- as advertised.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

To confirm a reservation a deposit of 20% of the total tariff is required within 4 days.
Final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment for bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel is required within 48 hours.

In the event that a reservation is CANCELLED the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation more than 6 weeks before departure -- 20% deposit is lost.
• Cancellation 6 weeks to 4 weeks prior to departure -- 50% of total tariff.
• Cancellation less than 4 weeks from departure -- 100% of tariff.
